ON OCTOBER 1ST, 2013; THE FLOOD INSURANCE REFORM LAW KNOWN AS " THE BIGGERT WATERS FLOOD INSURANCE REFORM ACT OF 2012", HAD BEEN ENACTED

ESSENTIALLY, THE LAW ENABLES INSURANCE RATES TO REFLECT FULL FLOOD RISK AND RISE IN PREMIUMS ON SOME POLICIES.  UNFORTUNATELY IT HAS CAUSED COMPLICATIONS TO HOMEOWNERS AND BUSINESSES DUE TO THE FINANCIAL BURDEN WITH RISING RATES.

SPECIALIZES IN THE PREPARATION OF FEMA'S " LETTER OF MAP AMENDMENT" (LOMA).  THIS APPLICATION IS THE TOOL TO ASSIST IN THE REMOVAL OF THE FINANCED STRUCTURE FROM THE FLOOD PLAIN.  THEREFORE; ELIMINATING OR MAKING FLOOD INSURANCE AFFORDABLE AT THE VERY LOW RISK RATE, SHOULD YOUR LENDER STILL REQUIRE FLOOD INSURANCE.
